This is the view we have from the main room in our condo.  The balcony is 20' 6" wide and 8' 6" deep.  The heavy-duty shutters can enclose and lock the balcony when we're gone.  But this view is what we like the best about our condo.  At any time we can just turn our head and there's the marina and Hinchinbrook Island.  We keep the screen doors open most of the day but we do get a few mozzies (mosquitos) at dusk and dawn.
