Black Magic, skippered by Andre (who is also our marina manager) zooms out from the Port Hinchinbrook Marina to the islands.  The Port Hinchinbrook area is regarded as one of the best fishing grounds in Australia and people come from all over the world to catch marlin, grouper, coral trout, and other game fish.  There's a big tournament held here every year with lots of parties and - oh, yes - fishing, too.  Dozens of boats pay huge entrance fees and thousands of dollars per person to charter boats like these for the tournament.  We like to go down to the marina at the end of the day when they come in and weigh their catches.
