Across the street from the bus station, there's a good view of Hinchinbrook Island, on the right, and Goold Island to the left.  Several of the Family Islands are off to the left behind the trees.  Because this is the only place on Highway 1 which runs by the ocean, most tourists stop here to look or have a picnic lunch.
