The Drongo, with his red eye and iridescent black coat that looks metallic blue in the sunlight, is an interesting-looking bird.  He's easy to spot because he's the only black bird with a "fish" tail.  It makes him easy to identify even in flight.  He also has a variety of unusual calls, one of which sounds like an electronic phone ring.  He's very common in our neighborhood.
